One of the largest and most diverse communities in the Greater Houston area, Spring is home to more than 50,000 people across dozens of subdivisions.
The city is particularly popular for families, due largely to its highly rated school options via Spring ISD, as well as its many amenities, easy access to the city, and its real estate, which varies greatly in style, price, age, and design.
Real estate in Spring ranges anywhere from $200,000 to upwards of $1 million, and builders are still developing the area. Homes for sale in Spring are spread across dozens of neighborhoods and subdivisions, including Gleannloch, Auburn Lakes, Windrose, Northampton, Augusta Pines and Colony Creek.
Spring is conveniently located just off I-45, the Hardy Toll Road, and the Grand Parkway, giving residents an easy route into the city or to other hotspots like The Woodlands, Conroe, and Kingwood.
