This tiny home has luxury, vinyl-plank flooring, new appliances, and a new mini-split unit for heating and cooling. It is an efficiency if you just use the downstairs, but there are two lofts in it as well that could also serve as two upstairs bedrooms. There is parking right beside the tiny home and some amenities as well: a pet area, fire pit, laundry room, and game room. Landlord is providing internet, sewer, garbage, trash pick-up, and lawn maintenance. Tenant is responsible for $70/month for water and monthly electricity bill. Furnishings in the home are available at no charge. Any applicants 18 or older must complete application. No charge for the application, but background check is $47 per applicant. Application must be submitted with a copy of driver's license and two most recent pay stubs.
